Do startups not have to comply with labor laws regarding vacations?
I need to take a leave of absence for personal reasons at the end of the month, but since the company is a startup, there are no monthly or annual leaves until they receive government support, and my salary will be reduced.
I've been working there for about two months, and normally I should have two monthly leaves, and there's no compensation even though I worked on weekends four times.
Is this really the case for startups?
