The consideration venture capital demands when receiving startup investments
If a startup with a capital of 50 million won receives a Series A investment of 1 billion won from a VC based on its technology and value, what percentage of equity does the VC typically demand, and how much should we give to be reasonable?
By general, I mean companies like Baedal Minjok, Yanolja, Zigbang, and Dabang. I want to know how much equity startups usually have to give up when receiving early investments.
And when the investment is made, I need to hire employees and pay salaries. In this case, I also want to know if the founders of other startups
received salaries, and if so, how much salary they typically received. I would like to know some general cases.
