What methods are there for attracting investment in a startup (corporate entity)?
Hello.
I am currently operating a retail store with a size of about 80 pyeong.
There is a limit to making a profit with one store, so I want to open additional directly managed stores of the same size in other areas.
1. About 300 million won of funds are required to open one store (facility + merchandise price).
2. I am thinking of a maximum of 10 directly managed stores.
After that, I am considering a franchise business by creating a model with a small-scale type.
I think that sales of directly managed stores should be verified to proceed with the franchise, so
I want to proceed with attracting investment to expand directly managed stores first.
I would like to inquire about what methods there are to attract investment.
(As a result of searching, there is a lot of talk about policy funds / facility funds / operating funds, but I am curious if there are other ways to attract investment besides the mentioned methods.)
Currently, I am operating as a corporate entity, and it has been about 3 months since the corporation was established.
I would appreciate your opinion.
Thank you.
