Inquiry about a job change in startup information security
Hello. I'm a
7-year-old assistant manager who works in information security system operation and inspection.
Recently, I interviewed for the position of information security manager at a startup fintech company.
I've had an interview for the position.
Now, it's designated as an electronic financial business operator,
They are receiving consulting and are in the security setup phase.
My concerns are:
- I've never worked at a company in the setup stage, so I can't anticipate the enormous trial and error and the intensity of the work.
- I wonder if suggesting a desired annual salary of mid-50 million won for a company where the company's rank or salary table is not specified is not a low offer (it is said that an increase of more than 20% compared to the previous workplace is difficult).
- Does building a security infrastructure experience lead to higher consideration of experience when applying for a job at a large company in the future?
I have a lot of concerns before challenging myself for career development.
