How is the payment of salary handled if I voluntarily resign during the probationary period?
I received a job offer from the company I interviewed with and am currently receiving training as a new employee.
The company is a tech company with a platform base that started as a startup and grew to a small-to-medium-sized company. As usual, there's a 3-month probationary period, and I saw in the employment rules that it's possible to pay 90% of the salary during the probationary period. Of course, I signed an employment contract for 100% payment even during the probationary period. However, the place I interviewed before offered me a second interview and offered a higher annual salary and position, so I think I have to change jobs even though I haven't worked for two weeks. In this case, are there any disadvantages when resigning? How will my salary be paid?
