Help me write a startup business plan..
I'm writing because I don't have anyone to ask for advice since I have to write it alone..
When I was initially planning my business,
it was a business that combined video production and online marketing, and I was planning to do a business focused on marketing with an advertising agency.
I tried to do marketing as well,
but it seemed that labor costs and management would be more difficult than I thought, so I am only doing video production now.
I am currently writing a business plan for attracting investment,
I don't know whether to introduce our company as a new media-based digital integrated marketing company,
or as a video production company (production company)ㅠㅠ
And also,
Should I include the planned business (marketing) in the current main business introduction section?
Or should I create a separate section for planned future businesses and put it there? I'm worried.
In fact, if that happens, I don't think there will be much to write in the main business introduction sectionㅠㅠ
And I'm also worried that the direction will be too focused on video production.
I'm only doing video production for now, but I'm planning to do a business that combines marketing later on..
