Please help me write a startup business plan..
I'm writing because I don't have anywhere to ask for advice since I have to write it alone..
When I was initially conceptualizing the business,
it was a business that combined video production and online marketing, and I planned to do a business focusing on marketing with an advertising agency,
but since I was trying to do marketing together,
it seemed that labor costs and management would be more difficult than expected, so I'm only doing video production now.
I'm currently writing an investment attraction business plan,
I'm not sure whether to introduce our company as a new media-based digital integrated marketing company
or as a video production company, and I can't quite figure it outㅠㅠ
And also,
I'm wondering whether to include the business I'm planning in the current main business introduction section (marketing)
or to create a separate section for future planned businesses and put it there.
Actually, if I do that, it seems like there won't be much to write in the main business introduction sectionㅠㅠ
And I'm also worried that the direction will be too focused on video production.
I'm only doing video production for now, but I'm planning to do a business that combines marketing in the future..
I would appreciate a lot of advice from the seniors.
