Designer task allocation and marketing designer salary
Hello.
I have a question regarding designer task allocation and the salary of a designer who also handles marketing.
Question 1. Designer tasks, IR material production
I am working as an in-house designer at a startup with less than 5 full-time employees. I am interested in marketing in addition to my original design work, so I am researching and integrating it or suggesting it, and there are things I am doing that I started with instructions but am working on with attachment.
Example_html/css markup language use, GIF detailed pages, blog content review and writing, newsletter planning and publishing
The newsletter (self-initiated work) that I prepared and worked on for about 7 months has been temporarily suspended. I plan to restart it after a renewal when I have time.
The blog content (other's work) is being handled by an agency, but the agency hasn't quite gotten the hang of it yet, so I am also participating in the blog content planning.
Here's a question,
I'm curious if in-house designers usually create the company's IR materials. I know that task allocation isn't properly done in startups, but I'm curious if designers typically make IR materials.
Based on the data I looked for to create it, it seemed that the CEO often makes it directly, and I've seen the designer neatly edit/add to the draft provided by the CEO.
I am curious if IR material production can typically be a designer's task.
Question 2. Designer salary table
I'm curious about the salary level of in-house designers from their first year to their 10th year. (In-house designers, the tasks will be divided if the company grows and has more people...)
I know there are variations depending on the designer's capabilities and skills, so please provide a salary table that can be a standard.
