Can I refuse if forced to use up my monthly leave?
Hello.
I joined the company last August and have been working there.
It's been 3 months until it's a year, and I recently received an email from the company that I have to use up my annual leave.
However, the current company is a startup, so there's too much work to do,
and I'm in a situation where I can't rest.
According to my research, if the employee doesn't decide when to use their annual leave after the first notification, the company decides the usage period with a second notification.
In that case, what happens if they make me work on my day off
or if they increase the workload beforehand to force me to work overtime for the sake of the annual leave?
What happens?
(Overtime pay is not provided because of the comprehensive wage system)
Will the annual leave allowance disappear if I refuse to use it?
