Are all small and medium-sized enterprise startups originally like this…?
I don't even hope for a huge salary.
I don't even hope for a bad work-life balance either.
Rather, I'm the type who wants to work hard and get paid accordingly.
But this company is a bit strange.
When signing the employment contract, I knew that compensatory leave would be generated for additional work or holiday work, but the standards are a bit annoying.
First, to get a half-day off, you have to work until 12 p.m. on the same day, and then you get a half-day off immediately the next day.
You have to work until 2 a.m. to get a full day of compensatory leave.
I accept this because it is stated in the employment contract.
The problem starts from then on.
If this type of bonus leave is generated, it must be used within a month.
So even if I get to use it,
In my case, since there is no backup personnel for my work, I have to do the work on a different day than when I take annual leave, and then I inevitably have to work overtime.
But this company doesn't even count working overtime until 8, 9, or 10 p.m. as overtime.
