I have a question regarding annual leave!
I work at a startup with around 30-40 employees,
and I started working in August!
From August to February, I worked as an intern with 4 major insurances.
In March, I worked as a 3.3 freelancer,
How many annual leave days do I get in total?
I
8/1~8/30 -> 1 paid leave in September
9/1~9/30 -> 1 paid leave in October
10/1~10/31 -> 1 paid leave in November
11/1~11/30 -> 1 paid leave in December
12/1~12/31 -> 1 paid leave in January
1/1~1/31 -> 1 paid leave in February
2/1~2/28 -> 1 paid leave in March
I thought I would get 7,
but the company's HR representative says that only 6 are possible because the work done in February doesn't generate any leave in March?
The reason is because March is a personal freelancer... is this correct??
